Shipping Associate

The Shipping Associate role is onsite in Carrollton, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports a growing manufacturer producing custom solutions for clients across varied industries. The associate helps daily shipping and warehouse operations run accurately and efficiently so finished products reach customers as expected. The work includes preparing shipments, handling inventory and records, maintaining the shipping area, and coordinating with warehouse and production teams.

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
• load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• maintain inventory accuracy through data entry and cycle counts
• organize the shipping and receiving area
• coordinate with warehouse and production teams
• follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
