What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and other assigned care
• help residents use assistive devices
• assist with treatments and medication as delegated by an RN
• help prepare meals according to special meal plans
• lead scheduled activities
• take and record vital signs as instructed
• report changes in condition
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow safety, infection-control, privacy, and resident-rights procedures.
