What you'll do

• Lead 30-minute full-body circuit workouts
• coach movement, technique, intensity, and modifications
• build relationships with assigned members
• conduct check-ins and follow-ups
• support onboarding, assessments, 3D body scans, and goal setting
• provide guidance on nutrition, habits, recovery, and consistency within coaching scope
• welcome prospective members and assist with studio tours
• participate in community events
• help maintain a clean, organized training environment.
