The Behavior Technician, Center-Based — Islandia role is onsite in Islandia, NY, with a stated pay range of $21–$24.75 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The role provides center-based, IEP-mandated services through Family of Kidz. The technician implements applied behavior analysis teaching procedures under clinical supervision, collects behavior and skill-acquisition data, and follows behavior support and intervention plans. The work contributes to safe, supportive services that help children and adolescents build skills and greater independence.

What you'll do

• Work with Clinical Supervisors and BCBAs to implement ABA procedures
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data
• obtain and maintain the RBT credential within the first 90 days
• use electronic data collection and graphing tools
• implement behavior support and intervention plans as directed
• follow physical crisis intervention protocols
• and protect client and family confidentiality.
