Lease-Up Maintenance Supervisor

The Lease-Up Maintenance Supervisor works onsite in Oxford, FL. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The position leads maintenance operations at Keys at Wildwood, a new build-to-rent community managed by Atrium Management. This hands-on role bridges construction and property operations by preparing new homes for occupancy, resolving warranty and punch-list items, and establishing maintenance systems. It also supports resident experience and property standards as the community grows.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with the property manager and general contractor
• inspect and prepare homes for occupancy
• manage warranty claims and punch lists
• establish maintenance inventory and preventive-maintenance processes
• schedule and complete service requests
• perform routine repairs including HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and drywall work
• maintain records and safety compliance
• and handle on-call duties when needed.
