What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to procedures
• document patrols and incidents and communicate relevant information.
