What you'll do

• Respond to HR inquiries through walk-up, phone, chat, and email
• provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and tools. Assist with HR system access, troubleshooting, and navigation. Execute standard HR transactions and maintain data integrity in systems including SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, and Kronos. Resolve Level 1 cases within service-level agreements and escalate complex cases. Prepare and distribute HR data reports, process and route unemployment claims, support timecard preparation for payroll, maintain associate records, and assist with HR programs and process documentation.
