Account Manager

• Build customer relationships

• schedule follow-up calls and check-ins
• track customer activity in CRM software
• coordinate product deliveries and training
• identify opportunities for additional products and services
• help renew and grow customer relationships
• resolve issues and serve as a trusted account advisor.
