What you'll do

• Weigh, stage, and organize green coffee
• monitor roasting equipment and record batch information
• prepare cooling or destoning areas
• learn to operate roasting equipment under supervision and follow roast profiles
• move roasted coffee to packaging and assist with grinding, labeling, and bagging
• clean production areas and equipment
• track inventory
• assist with cuppings and quality checks
• follow safety and food-handling guidelines.
