• Evaluate investment opportunities
• build financial models and valuation analyses
• structure investments, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and joint ventures
• manage transactions through closing
• coordinate financial, operational, and market due diligence
• work with legal counsel and participate in negotiations
• support strategic opportunities and repeatable investment approaches.
