What you'll do

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and adjust staffing and workflow
• conduct laboratory rounds
• provide bench support as needed up to 30% of the time
• supervise and develop staff
• manage recruiting, onboarding, training, schedules, and performance evaluations
• improve workflows
• analyze operational data
• support equipment evaluation and acquisition
• ensure CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance
• maintain quality standards, SOPs, equipment, facilities, and supply inventory.
