What you'll do

• Own monthly close across entities
• assign and review virtual accounting team work
• reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• maintain property, fixed-asset, and private lending records
• reconcile property management activity
• track intercompany transactions
• approve invoices and routine payments
• deliver cash reports and financial packages
• coordinate with the outside CPA
• and document and improve accounting processes.
