What you'll do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• provide client-centered therapy
• supervise pre-licensed therapists pursuing full licensure
• provide clinical guidance, consultation, and feedback
• maintain at least 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours
• complete clinical documentation
• coordinate care with families, providers, case managers, medical personnel, and community supports
• participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training
• support clinic operations.
