Business Development Manager — Food and Beverage Testing

The role develops client partnerships and grows revenue for laboratory testing services. It contributes by identifying prospects, shaping tailored solutions, closing recurring business, and coordinating with sales, customer service, and laboratory operations to support client needs.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the assigned territory
• develop and present client solutions
• negotiate contracts and close new and recurring business
• advise food and beverage brands on analytical testing needs
• develop territory pricing and service proposals
• represent the company at trade shows
• maintain territory plans and forecasts
• build client and internal relationships
• deliver sales presentations
• coordinate client requests with inside sales, customer service, and laboratory operations
• meet sales targets and profit objectives.
