Floor Care Technician — Full-Time, PM Shift

The Floor Care Technician role is onsite in Moreno Valley, CA, with a Monday–Saturday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Compensation is $18 per hour. The Facilities Group provides janitorial and maintenance services to healthcare, education, logistics, finance, commercial, and industrial facilities. The technician maintains clean, sanitary floors and facility areas using floor-care equipment and cleaning products. The work supports the company’s facility-cleaning services through routine care, safe chemical handling, equipment upkeep, and reporting maintenance needs.

What you'll do

• Clean offices, hallways, common areas, and floors
• move furniture
• dust, mop, strip, and wax floors
• operate extractors and buffing machines
• inspect floors and perform minor repairs
• measure and label chemicals
• maintain equipment and PPE
• track floor areas and cleaning schedules
• report maintenance issues
• assist with hazardous-waste collection when requested.
