What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, month-end close, and related accounting operations
• manage reconciliations
• lead annual budgeting and support forecasting and variance analysis
• prepare financial reporting and analysis for executives
• maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and financial metrics
• partner with department leaders on budgets and cost management
• coordinate with auditors and financial stakeholders
• lead and develop finance and accounting staff.
