What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, performance management, coaching, corrective action, and compensation-related decisions
• direct staff in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles
• monitor gross profit, tire sales, and service revenue
• train and mentor employees
• create schedules for front- and back-of-shop staff
• review performance data and implement improvements
• support inventory management
• assist with housekeeping and operational tasks
• promote technical training and safe, compliant operations.
