What you'll do

• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and compliance professionals
• establish departmental goals, performance expectations, service standards, and priorities
• oversee HOA and municipal compliance matters, including violations, applications, permits, registrations, and escalations
• monitor performance indicators and use operational data to guide improvements and resource decisions
• oversee audits, quality assurance, documentation, and risk mitigation
• serve as a senior escalation point
• partner across departments to resolve issues and improve workflows
• ensure compliance with applicable requirements and company standards
• report operational insights to senior leadership.
