Job overview

The Blaster, Night Shift role is onsite in Port Arthur, TX, with a second-shift schedule of 5 p.m.–3:30 a.m., Monday–Thursday, for 10-hour shifts. Pay is $18–$22 per hour based on experience. Team Industries prepares fabricated metal piping, tanks, and other structures for coating. The blaster prepares surfaces through abrasive blasting and keeps materials and equipment ready for the next production steps. Accurate paperwork, equipment upkeep, and organized staging support the movement of parts from blasting to painting.

What you'll do

• Abrasive-blast pipe, structural steel, and machined parts
• mask, tape, and cap pipe spools
• perform light maintenance on blast equipment
• complete paperwork that stays with each piece through the blast-to-paint process
• maintain blasting protective gear
• organize finished material in the prep area
• clean and maintain personal protective equipment.
