What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate youth programs for children in grades K–6
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• manage program operations, budgets, records, and administrative tasks
• oversee Club J staffing, schedules, transportation, and participant supervision
• lead Summer Specialists during the first six weeks of Camp Chai
• oversee After Care staffing and daily logistics
• communicate with families and community partners
• and maintain a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate environment.
