What you'll do

• Assist with planning and coordinating maintenance, repair, and infrastructure projects
• assign work and monitor progress
• provide hands-on leadership and coaching to field crews
• visit jobsites to assess safety, work quality, equipment readiness, and operational risks
• ensure compliance with DOT/FRA regulations and safety procedures
• coordinate with customers, partners, and regulators
• support hiring, training, workforce planning, budgeting, payroll reporting, equipment tracking, and documentation.
