What you'll do

• Create, review, and update finished-product specifications
• manage customer documentation requests and portal relationships
• assist with food safety risk assessments for ingredients and vendors
• submit regulatory documentation and claims
• interact with regulators and third-party agencies as needed
• lead Halal and other certification programs, audits, and supporting documentation
• collaborate on regulatory, food safety, labeling, and nutrition information
• maintain knowledge of regulations and industry trends
• support tariff assignments and international labeling
• back up the Quality Data Control Specialist
• follow GMP and safety procedures.
