Maintenance Technician, 2nd and 3rd Shifts

The Maintenance Technician position is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $28–$32 per hour. The technician performs repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, maintain quality, and support production. What you'll do

• Set up, repair, and maintain ovens, packing lines, conveyors, and other production machinery
• conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
• perform welding as needed
• diagnose programmable logic controller systems
• document repairs and inspections
• collaborate with production
• support equipment changeovers
• follow good manufacturing practices, safety protocols, and food industry regulations.
