What you'll do

• Assess, plan, and manage wound care in patients’ homes using evidence-based guidelines and company protocols
• lead and mentor wound care nurses
• coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and other professionals
• monitor clinical quality, compliance, and performance metrics
• serve as a wound care resource
• participate in quality improvement, product evaluations, and protocol development
• and educate and support patients and caregivers.

Why this role
