What you'll do

• Consult with and provide technical assistance to MDS coordinators
• train coordinators on resident assessments, care plans, RAI guidance, and deadlines
• observe MDS practices and inspect facilities for compliance
• serve as interim MDS coordinator when needed
• support compliant billing and facility business planning
• develop quality metrics and policies
• advise clinical support teams and directors of nursing
• support survey preparation and plans of correction
• provide 24-hour on-call service to the nursing center in emergencies
• ensure orientation and in-service training for MDS personnel.

Why this role
