What you'll do

• Lead floor-care operations including mopping, buffing, burnishing, stripping, refinishing, and carpet extraction
• supervise floor-care staff
• schedule, train, coach, and manage performance
• inspect work and correct deficiencies
• ensure compliance with performance, safety, infection-prevention, and PPE requirements
• monitor equipment, supplies, inventory, and costs
• support projects, audits, inspections, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness
• track plans and metrics
• maintain compliance documentation.
