• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, school bus fleet, drivers, and monitors
• implement driver recruitment programs
• manage and evaluate full-time staff
• investigate complaints
• coordinate disciplinary actions with HR
• oversee compliance and credential reports
• oversee payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end requirements
• provide information to school district transportation designees
• develop efficient routing solutions
• attend school board meetings
• ensure training and safety meetings
• support facility financial planning and reporting
• develop charter and school business during non-school periods.
