What you'll do

• Oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry
• perform basic housekeeping duties
• conduct daily room inspections
• report damages, deficits, or disturbances
• ensure departments meet guest-service expectations
• control department purchases
• prepare team schedules based on budgets and forecasts
• and manage recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
