It helps maintain customer service, merchandise and recycling processes, staff development, safety, and efficient handling of donated goods in support of the organization’s mission.

What you'll do

• Manage daily Outlet Store operations and support recycling operations at the Retail Support Center
• stock, pull, load, and unload merchandise
• operate a cash register and, when able, a forklift and tipper
• hire, supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• support safety, sorting, and operational continuity
• coordinate clerical, administrative, and store opening and closing duties with shift supervisors
• work with the recycling supervisor to improve processes and staff development
• respond to alarm and police calls
• cooperate with department heads on donated-goods handling.
