What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site procedures
• respond calmly to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
