What you'll do

• Collect urine and/or oral-fluid specimens
• process and package collections for shipping
• serve as an intermediary between practices or clinics and the laboratory
• record patient, physician-order, and laboratory information
• resolve specimen concerns involving billing or patient information in the ordering portal
• order and maintain onsite collection supplies
• observe collections when applicable
• drive between facilities if required.
