What you'll do

• Help lead the warehouse team through planning and delegation
• perform receiving, shipping, and product movement tasks
• monitor shift performance and address or escalate issues
• train and coach employees
• help develop procedures and work instructions
• operate warehouse machinery safely
• review paperwork and report inventory discrepancies
• coordinate supplies with other departments
• support continuous improvement and safety, food-safety, and cGMP compliance.
