What you'll do

• Collaborate with HR on monthly workers’ compensation and health-benefit reconciliations
• review and post weekly payroll entries and accruals
• reconcile assigned bank accounts monthly
• prepare and file monthly sales tax returns
• review weekly American Express expenses and Concur reports
• analyze inventory, cost of goods sold, waste logs, and stock counts
• maintain monthly accrual and prepaid schedules
• reconcile assigned accounts and maintain the general ledger
• assist with ad hoc projects.
