What you'll do

• Conduct routine and random patrols of property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and perimeter access points
• maintain a visible presence
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and complete reports
• communicate with building management, tenants, and first responders
• follow site procedures and emergency response requirements.
