What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with high-acuity needs in the home
• build consistent relationships with patients and families
• follow care plans and physician orders
• use clinical judgment in care delivery
• participate in training and competency support for high-acuity care
• follow CDC-aligned safety practices and use provided PPE.
