What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals, including meats, vegetables, soups, salads, and desserts
• maintain sanitary food-preparation areas and store food properly
• record food and refrigerator/freezer temperatures
• wash dishes and complete kitchen cleaning tasks
• assist the supervisor with food and supply inventory and ordering
• report equipment malfunctions.
