The Caregiver role is onsite in Markesan, WI. Compensation is $19 per hour. Live Well Home Care caregivers provide in-home assistance and companionship according to client care plans. The caregiver supports clients’ daily living, safety, and well-being while helping families with respite care. The role also contributes to consistent home care by following written care plans, observing client needs, and communicating concerns to the Branch Manager.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transferring, and medication reminders
• supervise the home environment for client safety
• prepare meals and perform routine housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship and respite care
• assist with shopping, errands, and outings as specified in care plans
• report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.
