What you'll do

• Govern audience data, segmentation structures, and CRM business rules
• establish operational readiness standards for acquisition and lifecycle initiatives
• oversee membership reporting, attribution methodology, and revenue validation
• manage operational governance of payment systems, revenue platforms, and vendors
• maintain policies and standards, identify workflow gaps, and coordinate with Enterprise Systems, Insights, Product, Marketing, Development, and Membership leadership.
