It contributes to the team by maintaining authoritative knowledge of platform capabilities and mentoring less experienced analysts.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate deep technical and functional expertise across the Laboratory Platform continuum.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy and integration tradeoffs.
• Ensure clinical and lab object data move reliably between Epic and the instrumentation platform.
• Maintain cross-functional understanding spanning clinical imaging, research/trial operations, and the industry direction for new technologies.
• Operate at high-level solution shaping and deep technical design altitudes.
• Maintain working fluency across adjacent IT domains.
• Partner with other IT teams as a peer convener.
• Define technical approach and build strategy for projects.
• Document build decisions and rationale.
