IT Support Intern

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues
• configure printers and peripherals
• assist with software installation and configuration
• diagnose hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems
• set up and operate audiovisual equipment
• troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired network connections
• maintain a safe work area and follow staff policies.
