What you'll do

• Provide nursing care and direct nursing activities during the assigned shift
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation
• administer medications and treatments according to policy
• coordinate staff and resident assignments
• communicate with physicians, families, and nursing staff
• monitor care quality and compliance
• report and investigate incidents and concerns
• support infection control and the MDS process.
