What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and tenants
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of rail yard areas, buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter boundaries
• observe entry and exit activity and document visitor, contractor, and delivery information
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• prepare activity and incident reports and communicate shift information.
