Crane Systems Field Support Engineer

The Crane Systems Field Support Engineer role is based onsite in Manitowoc, WI, with a stated salary range of $70,000–$75,000 per year. The role reports to the Field Service Manager and supports Manitowoc Crane Group equipment and customers. What you'll do

• Partner with customers and distributors to rig, troubleshoot, and repair crane equipment
• support safe crane assembly and commissioning at customer jobsites
• guide distributors on setup, maintenance, and technical training
• coordinate investigations of customer-reported issues
• perform advanced diagnostics
• review issue reports for design, production, and service trends
• prepare service, timecard, and expense reports
• follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
