Technology Support Concierge

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one support with smartphones, tablets, laptops, streaming services, and other technology
• set up, configure, and troubleshoot personal devices
• lead group classes and presentations
• help residents use video calling, email, and apps to connect with family and friends
• develop simple guides and resources for common technology questions.
