What you'll do

• Facilitate planned activity programs
• assist residents to and from activities and outings
• maintain rapport with families and encourage their support
• record resident attendance and participation
• provide input on resident participation when requested
• communicate resident concerns and responses to the supervisor
• support individual preferences and routines
• assist volunteers and volunteer programs
• clean activity equipment and materials
• participate in survey, regulatory, and accreditation processes.
