What you'll do

• Welcome and check in clients and visitors
• manage front desk workflow, calls, appointments, and documentation
• coordinate psychiatric service scheduling, intake interviews, insurance verification, and enrollment
• support families with paperwork
• process referrals and coordinate with clinical staff and school partners
• maintain organized reception areas and accurate electronic records.

Why this role
