The Cell Therapy Production Associate — 2nd Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Sacramento, CA, working Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; compensation is $23–$28 per hour, with a stated 7% shift differential. Orca Bio’s Sacramento facility produces cell therapy products for its clinical pipeline and trials. This role executes regulated manufacturing processes to help ensure consistent, reliable production of cell therapies. The associate operates and prepares equipment, follows procedures and batch records, documents work, and collaborates with Materials Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• execute SOPs and batch records
• operate, clean, and prepare automated cell-processing, expansion, and filling equipment in Grade B/C cleanrooms
• identify and escalate equipment or process issues
• complete training and follow cGMP standards
• contribute to continuous improvement, investigations, deviations, and change control
• participate in the required weekend and/or holiday on-call rotation.
