What you'll do

• Oversee clinical activities of healthcare personnel
• complete admissions assessments and reassessments
• provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, housekeeping, and security
• assess residents and provide medication, wound care, and other interventions
• coordinate care with medical and allied health professionals
• maintain records and infection-control standards
• participate in care planning and case conferences
• mentor and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
