Security Officer — Part-Time

The officer serves as a first point of contact while controlling community access and providing customer service. What you'll do

• Control and monitor vehicle and pedestrian access
• greet residents, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel
• verify visitor and vendor authorization
• monitor cameras and gate activity
• observe and report suspicious or unusual activity
• complete activity logs and incident reports
• assist residents and visitors when appropriate
• enforce community rules respectfully
• maintain the gatehouse
• follow company policies, post orders, and emergency procedures.
