Special Event Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

What you'll do

• Provide basic life support assessment, treatment, and monitoring
• respond to medical incidents within event areas
• assist paramedics with advanced life support interventions when assigned
• operate emergency vehicles and transport patients
• communicate with dispatch, hospitals, police, and fire personnel
• document patient care
• maintain vehicle and supply records
• perform standby assignments and mobile patrols
• interact professionally with the public and event organizers.
